Curly Cress! Who knew!

First time CSA member and my husband and I am loving the curly cress! We have never cooked with it before. Would love to know other recipes people have for it.

What did you do with yours? We love it snipped into salads, cooked up in a soup w some organo and other herbs and potates and purreed. The can be eated hot or cold and is lovely with a dollop of yogurt swirled in.
I also sometimes make pesto with it - again add some other herbs. Good for just about everything - great pizza topping!
