CSA Core Meeting Minutes

More site managers—1 for set up, 1 for distro—are needed 

Fees:
As discussed at previous meeting fees will be the same for all.

 

Please reiterate to members:
YOU CANNOT BRING THE CHECK TO THE FIRST DISTRIBUTION.
DON’T DO THAT.

Installment plan:

If member selects installment plant then check option will disappear from the site.
Otherwise chasing people down for installment plan payment.
Lots of people do installment plans because they can.
Litza exploring making website force people who choose installment to use PayPal.

When do we write checks to the farmers?

Can we coordinate our installment payments to when we pay the farmers

Invitation:

Should include information on:

Subsidized shares

-If you think you might qualify, you can apply for a subsidized share

-We offer a number of  low income shares – the guidelines are published on the website – please email Mary regarding  a low income share

March 1 is target for emailing returning member list

On March 21 it’s opened up to wait list

3 weeks from there we invite the wait list

There’s a new invitation/link for wait list
