As well as favas, we have summer squash for the first time this season, tomorrow. AND so it begins...the month or two of loving summer squash but also wondering what new thing to do with them, week to week! There are several recipes already on this blog from years past and they are always nice simply sliced with onions and garlic and sauteed or steamed.
